This combination class blends long held yin poses with the passive relaxation of restorative yoga, focussing on stretching our connective tissues and soothing our nervous system.
This class combines traditional yoga postures with meditative techniques, including mindful breathing, and body scans to cultivate present moment awareness to reduce stress and enhance well-being. Each class will end with 10 minutes of seated silent meditation.
